Terms of use

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Axynto ("we", "us") and cover the Rollsters app and this website. By using Rollsters you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for what happens on it. One person per account.

4. Your photos and cards

• You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited licence to process each photo you pick, only to make your card and run the game.
• Only forge photos you took or have the right to use.
• Don't forge photos that are sexual, violent, hateful, or that show someone in a way they would not agree to.
• Card names, stats and roasts are written by AI for fun. They can be wrong or odd and are not a statement about anyone.

5. Fair play

Don't cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, resell accounts or items, or try to break or overload our systems. We may remove content, reset progress gained unfairly, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Virtual items

Shards, crates, sleeves and other in-game items have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and are a licence to use inside the game only. Crate contents are random; the odds are shown in the app.

7. Roll Pro and purchases

• Roll Pro is an optional monthly or yearly subscription. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their rules. Cancel any time in your store's subscription settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices may change. We will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription.

8. Physical prints

If we offer printed cards, the price, delivery and return terms are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe and orders are made and shipped by a print partner.

9. Ads

The free game may show ads. Roll Pro removes them.

10. Our content

The Rollsters name, logo, mascots, card frames, art and code belong to Axynto. You may share screenshots of your cards for personal, non-commercial use.

11. Changes and availability

We keep improving the game and may change, pause or end features. We may update these terms; if a change is important we will tell you in the app. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.

12. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (see deleting your data). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

13. Disclaimers and liability

Rollsters is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
